Dividend

The Directors of Hongkong Tram- ways Limited announce, for recom- mendation at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Faburary 25, a final dividend of one dellar per share. This makes a ctal of $1.00 per share for the year 1940 and, after providing all

all charges, Depreciation, Corporation Profits and Property Taxation and the transfer of $100,000 to General Reserve leaves, subject to Audit, balance of $150,730 carried forward to next year.
