IT APPEARS that the motto of the Hongkong Jockey Club is: "Better class ponios; Botter class races." Looking ahead scoms t¬ be their sole aim, for (according to the 1941 race fixtures just to hand) the Stewards have inaugurated a few now middle and long distance classic handicap events confined to all Australian ponies to be contested at the Extra Raco Meotings during the current racing season.
