LATE NEWS

Fourth Victim In Landslide

It has now been, definitely nscer- tained that Ip Wal-sun, husband of the woman caretaker at the Seventh Day Adventist Mission, was in the house which was buried this morning in a landslide.

Misa Irene Ho, sister of the woman caretaker, who is employed by Mrs C. F. Larson, wife of the Mission padre, had a narrow escope. She usually visils her slater each morning, but to-day arrived a little later than usual and only just after the lands- lide had occurred,

Nearby residents say that they heard shrieks coming from the buried house just ng the retaining-wall-above rumbled down and crashed into the building.

At 10.30 fire brigade workers and the P.W.D. coolles had cleared away debris, including huge granite rocks, and had reached the level of the burled house, but could see no signs of the bullding. It is believed that the house has probably submerged in the soft ground as a result of the tremendous weight and force of the landslide.
