SPECIAL TO THE "TELEGRAPH", ISTANBUL, Dec. 13 (UP)- Two hundred Jews, including children, of n total of 380 on route to Palestine from Bulgaria aboard ships flying the Urugua- yan flag, are reported to have been drowned yesterday when one ship foundered in the Sea of Mamora and was dashed- to pieces off Sitviri.

It is reported that two Heboats sank while the ship was breaking up.
