SIR J. LATHAM ARRIVES
Australian Envoy To Japan
The first Australian Minister to Japan, Sir John Latham, former Chief Justice of the High Court of Australia, arrived at Hongkong on his way to Tokyo on board a British liner this morning.
Sir John, is accompanied by Mr. Patrick Shaw, Third Secre- tary of the Australian Legation, and Mr. Clive Turnbull, repre- Bentative of the "Australian Associated Press" who is covering the now Minister's arrival before establishing a bureau in Japan.
