LONDON, Nov. 28 (Reuter),-The surprising offer of closer relations made! by Count Csaky on behalf of Hungary to Yugo-Slavia, suggests that the Axis is now turning its attention to Yugo-Slavia writes "Reuter's" diplomatic correspondent.
