The Rumanlan Government has gained control over all British owned and British chartered vessels in Rumanian territorial waters by a new decree issued by the Government under Nozi Inspiration.
The decree declares that no charter of maritime or river vessels under Forelion Bugs with a Rumanian port 仕 registry may be made without the uttinrity of the Rumantan Ministry
