LONDON, OCT. 16, (UP).—A CONVOY OF THREE GERMAN SUPPLY SHIPS AND TWO ESCORT SHIPS, AND ANOTHER GERMAN VESSEL OF ABOUT 7,000 TONS WERE SUCCESSFULLY ATTACKED AND HIT BY THREE TORPEDOES FROM A BRITISH WARSHIP AC- CORDING TO AN ADMIRALTY COMMUNIQUES, WHICH DID NOT DISCLOSE THE LOCATION NOR THE DATE OF THE ATTACKS.
