TORPEDOED
Penzance Survivors Reach Baltimore BALTIMORE, September 5 (UP). -Thirty-seven survivors of the Bri- tish sloop Penzance were linded here to-day from the Swedish freighter Eknaren. Seven of them have been seni to hospital.
The Penzance was sunk, presum- ably by U-bont, on August 24.
The survivors were taken aboard the convoyed freighter Blakaor which sunk within a minute when she was struck by an explosion ave hours later.
The Eknaren finally rescued the survivors and "seven or eight others" were also picked up by the S. A. Sylingdale.
Vichy Indicts Two More Ministers

nounced that the Supreme Court atį Riom this morning ordered the arrestį of the former French Ministers Pierre Cot and Guy La Chambre.
