Canberra, Aug," 13. Three Cabinet Ministers and the chief of the General · Staff wore killed yesterday whon a Royal Australian Air Forco plane crashed eight miles from the air- field. Altogether 10 people were killed, making it the worst avia- tion disaster since 1938 when plane crashed in Victoria and 18 prominent men were killed.
