The following Rules will govern the Competition:

1.Tân Competition is confined ex- clusively to amateur photo- graphers.

2-No employes or member of any firm in the photographie trade is permitted to compete,

3-The prizes will be awarded to the competitor sending in what are adjudged to be the best photo
