Admiral H. W, Parker Dios, Aged 65
LONDON, Aug. 1 (Reuter).-The

Admiral Parker entered H.M.S. Britannia in 1889, became Common- der in 1908, Captain in 1014, Rear Admiral in 1925, Vice-Admiral in 1029 and Admiral in 1893,
He commanded K.M.S. Benbow in the Battle of Jutland Bank, 1918, and was mentioned in despatches. He was director of the Operations Division of the Naval Staff, 1922-24. He commanded H.M.S. Repulse on Its Empre Cruise in 1024.
He was Rear-Admiral Command- Jug Ist Cruiser Squadron, Mediter ranean Fleet, from 1928 to 1830, und Admiral Commanding Reserves from 1931 to 1033. He was placed on the retired list in 1934,
