FORMAL BUSINESS was with by the Council of the Hongkong Football Association at a meeting held at the Bank of Canton Duliding yesterday. The Chairman, Mr. Wong Ka-trun, revealed that HE. Mr. N. L. Smith had accepted the Presidency of the Amoclailon, and the Hon. Mr. M. K. Lo had accepted the affee of Vice-President.
Messrs, Percy Smith, Seth and Fleming were re-appointed os Treasur- era of the Association, and a request from the Treasurers asking that the present monthly fee of $50 a month revert back to the old fee of $75 month, was approved by the Council, Mr. C.
