ROME, July 4 (UP)--Despatches arriving from Rome late this evening indicated that the French battleship Strasbourg- sister ship of the Dunkerque-and a number of destroyers, sub- marines and other naval units were racing for Brest to-night after having broken through the British naval ring around Oran.
