LONDON, July 3 (Reuter)-About 1,000 scantily-clad sur- vivors of the British liner, Arandora Star, which was torpedoed by a German submarine when carrying 1,500 German and Italian internees to Canada, were landed by a British ship at a Scottish port to-day.

It is learned that the ship went down with many German and Italian victims.
