EARS are good served uncooked, either as whole fruit or cut up in crescent shapes for salads and cubed to put in fruit cups. But they are even better in cooked desserts. For baking and pics ask for slightly under-ripe pears. General baking directions are: Halve and core washed frait and arrange in
