ISTANBUL, June 11 (Domei).-Martial Law has been declared throughout Turkey.

A Turkish declaration of war against Italy, in accord- ance with Article II of the Franco-British Treaty of Mutual Assistance with Turkey, is believed imminent.

A Turkish Government spokesman this morning declared that the country will have no hesitation in honouring its pact with the Allies.

The Government, he said, will issue an important statement within. a few hours.

ROME, June 11 (UP)-Mussolini's war machine, totalling over 3,000,000 rien, prepared to move-into-action before dawn this morning along at least five different fronts.
