I have the honor to acknowledge receipt of your letter of 1st August 1877 respecting the interpretation in the Courts of the Colony.
I have no experience with reference to the interpretation in any of the Courts of the Colony except the Supreme Court. With regard to the interpretation in that Court I am not unacquainted
