The German anti-aircraft aim is not very accurate, though some of the Runners seek to "bracket" the enemy raider by putting shells on either side of him while the rest try to get him by sweeping up and down the lane Hius created. FEARS are being expressed that
the Germans will soon be able to call on Russian bombing squadrons for airplane operations, in the Near East. These fears are unfounded.. (1) The Russians have no intention of entering the war on Germany's side. (2) The Russians haye no bombers to spare; the Finns shot down too many. (3) The Russian bombers are unsutied to combat with British and French #ghters. Their speed is around 200 m.p.J.

Two 1,000 h.p. Rolls-Royce Merlin engines, such as are now used in the glant Wellington bombers, will give the "flying bomb" its power-power that enables it to lift twice its weight (7,6901b.) and reach a celling of 30,000 feet.
The lone pilot's seat is between the two engines.
The fact that the "fying bomb": needs only one man to control it is
