Shop Robber Was An Army Deserter BLACK-OUT GUNMAN GETS 7 YEARS
A 21-YEAR-OLD deserter from the Army was sentenced at Leeds Assizes to seven years' penal servitude for armed robbery during the black-out.
He is Francis Fitzpatrick, a Sheffield Inbourer.
It was stated that during the black- out of November 20 he entered Shef- feld pawnbroker's shop, held up the pawnbraker and his young woman assistant and took £41
