Cheese and Macaroni Croquettes
Here is a recipe from Canada: which is well worth trying:--
Boll one ounce of macaroni for about three-quarters of an hour, or until tender, in salted water, then chop up finely, Meli half an ounce of margarine, add half ar. ounce of flour, half a gill of milk, and stir till the mixture thickens.
