COPENHAGEN, Mar. 20 (REUTER),~Smoke, apparent- ly from burning buildings, was still rising from Sylt Island this

afternoon.

According to a despatch from the Danish island of Roemoe, which is

just north of Sylt Island, the railway fine along the Hindenburg Dam is believed to be damaged.
