The newspaper de- clares that for full adjustment of new relations between China and Japan the following six Immutable principles are necessary:
First, China's territorial sovereignty must be intact. This includes the re- turn to Ching of the four north- eastern provinces (Manchuria) and the already expired leased territories like Dairen and Port Arthur.
