THE ANNUAL RACE MEETING under the auspices of the Hong- kong Jockey Club will be staged to-morrow, whon at 11.30 a.m. sharp the first saddling boll will be rung announcing the opening of their 1940 rac- ing season. The Annual Carnival will be continued on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, torminating noxt Saturday.
