Finnish Raid Described HELSINGFORS, Feb. 1 (Reuter). -Detalls of the recent bombing of the Russian air base at Baltiski by the Finns is given in the newspaper "Uunisuom!" which states that the Finnish bombern destroyed some Rtus- ston machines and started fres which could be scen for miles,

The newspaper declares that the Russian commander of the airport, who was summoned to Leningrad, has not returned.
