Apart from selections for priman- ent commissions, which were made before, the war and will be carried into effect as soon as possible, all commissions granted to airmen dur- ing the war will be tenable for the duration of hostilities only.
Such commissions will be granted to ninnen serving on normal regular engagements, and commissions in the R.A.F. Volunteer Reserve to firmen scrving on other engagements.
After the war consideration will be given to special cases for the granting of permanent commissions.
Further Instructions will be issued regarding the eligibility for commiss ions of plots and observers enlisted in the ranks of the RAF, Volunteer Reserve.
