MAIN ITEM-
OF MENU
Dogs' flesh was the main item on the menus of two unlicenced enting houses in town which were raided by the Sanitary Department last night. The proprietors of these enfes were severely dealt with by Mr. Houston at Central Magistracy this morning.
Pun Chung, 36, unem- ployed, was fined $100 or three months' hard labour. When a Chinese Sanitary Inspector raided Pun's cafe in Wing Lok Street, he found five Chinese eating dogs' flesh. In the kitchen was a large quantity of uh- prepared dogs" flesh. The front part of the flat was used as an opium divan.
