Wow. be serious consult them as to the prisoner's age which forms an important element in this case. The question of age was not specially raised when the papers were brought to the notice of the Members of Council when on May 17th and 18th separately they expressed their concurrence with the magistrate's commutation but I understand that it is generally considered to have had weight with you in the prisoner's discharge.
