It

TT is always more difficult to cater for a small number than for a large family, and many people who have only two to cater för—"newly- marrieds" in particular-find dimcult to ring the changes, especial- ly in, the pudding line, without being wildly extravagant. Hero are a few tried recipes that may be helpful.

Windsor Pudding

Three oza breadcrumbs, 1 oz flour, 2 ozs shredded suct, 2 ozs peeled and chopped apples, 1 tablespoonful chopped-pee), 1 oz molot sugar, few drops lemon essence, good pinch baking powder, 1 egg and 21 little mlik.
