but somewhat rabid section

who spare
no opportunity of attacking
Lord Lytton. Seeing the
good result of what the Vice Roy has done and believing
that his actions in the Fuller
case were in the highest
degree both just & politic, I regard the attacks which are made upon him by a few narrow-minded politicians as
not worthy of notice. But when my own
