The Board said that new "regula- tlons would permit non-residents, In certain circunstances, to liquidate capital investments made in Canada after appileation of the foreign ex→ change regulations, and to export the proceeds under special licence.

Effect of Regulations The new regulations are effective where the following circumstances apply: -
