that the Amber Matter endeavours to excuse the Petitioner's violation of the laws, which have especially laid emphasis on the fact that "a sanction should only be appropriated by his own admissions when seeking redress alleged as committed for by a Notary a Chinese Attorney".

There is, however, evidence, quite sufficient to have convicted him, had he remained to take his trial.

The petition of Chan-a-Yau, aged 22, a native of Ko Chan Kong in the province of Tukin, praying your Honour, in order to protect the life of a friendless stranger, to arrest and try the guilty parties who conspired to rob and oppress him.
