LONDON, Nov. 14 (Reu- ter)-Regarding his an- nouncement on the increase of servicemen's allowances, Mr. Leslie Hore-Belisha explained that in the case of a household with eight children, there will be paid in respect of a soldier on the lowest rate of pay the following:
