Take Notice, that you are hereby required to be and appear personally before me at the Office aforesaid on Saturday the 27th of January at ten o'clock in the noon, then and there to answer a Charge made by ... that you did leave Hongkong your junk of which you were the Master between the hours of 6 P.M. of October 28th last and 6 A.M. of the 29 October last - heavy weather in the Colony being strong.
