Racing was grand, so wore the dividonds at the Double Tenth Moot- ing held last Saturday and Tuesday. The sad disappointment of the cham- pion pony, Rose Elect, in the main event, the crashing of hot favourites, the closo finishes and the wonderful cash sweep prizos wore the other fea- tures of the Carnival. It was no doubt a huge success from every point of view and the torracos in both enclosures were closely packed to its full capacity.
