All claims must be sent in to me on or before 12th October, 1939, or they will not be recognized.
Damaged Packages will be examine ed by the Company's Surveyor Messrs:-Goddard and Douglas in the presence of the Consignees at 10 a.m. on Saturday, 7th October, 1930.
Consignees must have a Revenue Officer in attendance when any duti able goods are examined by the Company's Surveyors.
