I have the honor to forward the Schedule of papers regarding the deposition of Mo-hum-tee, Master of a Junk that was chased on shore yesterday by a Chinese sailing Cruiser in the Bay at Cape d'Aguilar. The crew escaped to the D'Aguilar lighthouse, but the Mandarin cruiser's men landed on the beach and took away the boat with her contents.
