2.--The prizes will be awarded to the competitors sending in what are adjudged to be the best photo- ph in each Seation. Each entry must be accompanied by a form which will be pubilahed during the period of the Com- petition, and which ma posted on back of entry.
The right to publish any or all of the entries is reserved to the Hongkong Telegraph.
B-All photographs entered must bave been taken in the Colony of Hongkong. Photographs which have been already entered in other Competitions are ineligible.
