With reference to the conversation

I had the honour of having with His

Excellency the Administrator

upon the urgent necessity of providing a system

of Sewerage for the future town at Hongkong,

I have now the honour to

submit an Estimate of the cost of

Construction of the principal sewers.

The amount is $13,534.95.

2. An inspection of the accompanying

plan shows the proposed Main Sewers

in Enclosure.
