The prizes will be awarded to the competitors sending in what are adjudged to be the best photo- graphe in each Bection. Each entry must be accompanied by a farm which will be published during the period of the Com- petition, and which must pasted on back of entry. 4-The right to publish any or all of the entrisa la reserved to the Jongkong Telegraph.
