The Petitioner therefore humbly prays that your Excellency may be graciously pleased to direct some enquiry to be made in the matter and that he (the petitioner) may be permitted to enjoy the privileges of this profession and to practice the same in Hong Kong unmolested by the Health Officer. The petitioner further prays that your Excellency may graciously take into consideration the desirability or not of a Government Officer soliciting private practice.
