your attention to the great disadvantage.

Medical practitioners in this harbour

are made

in consequence

of

the Government Health Officer of the port being permitted to solicit private practice from the Ships Entering the port, whilst visiting officially.

This advantage, together with the official appointments as set forth in the Enclosed.
