MISS FLORENCE HORSBRUGH, humorous- eyed Conservative M.P. for Dundee, admitted recently that she is busy working on a Bill, the subject of which she refuses to reveal.
She talked of this after the afternoon session of the Social Hygiene Congress in London, at which she presided, and she did not deny the suggestion that her Bill would, if it became law, benefit working-class mothers and children.
Miss Horsbrugh, who has been elght years in Parliament, already has two Bills to her credit.
