Army, Navy and Air Force leaders to- day pleaded for peace.

The statements were issued in the form of proclama- tions to the three Services-to the Army by General Bracchitsh, to the Navy by Admiral Raeder and to the Air Force by Air Marshal Goering.

General Brauchitschs' proclamation to the Army denounced the "attempts to encircle the Reich."
