Esemping robbers, pursuing policemen, exchange of revolver shots, a pedestrian klled-these were Home of the dramatic details given by Mr. J. B. Prentis, Assistant Crown Rolleitor, opening a murder and armed robbery case before Mr. Q. A, A. Macfadyen at the Kowloon Magistracy yesterday.
Mention was also made of how Mr. J. L. Youngsaye of the Diocesan Boys' School, had been shot at by one of the robbers. The defendants were Tsang Sang, 32, Lai Yau, 31, and You Sang 32, and they were alleged to have robbed a goldsmith's shop, on May 30, of 76 gold Anger rings, 75 gold bangles, 12 gold ear-rings, and 21 gold ornaments; and are also accused of murder of a woman, Au Yeung Yim-wan,
