Japan Announces Creation of New Navy INTERVENTION BY

THE POSSIBILITY of another triple intervention has been taken into con- sideration by the Japanese Navy in organising the new fleet which will shortly join the Combined Fleet in vigorous exercises on a war footing, according, to the "Nichi-Nichi Shimbun."
Recalling the recent statement made by the Navy Minister, Admiral Yonni, who confirmed) the organisation of a new fleet and the projected "war-time training" of the naval forces, the paper says that the Navy also feels grave concern over the outcome of the Anglo-Japan- ese conference in Tokyo.
