London, July 20, The death has occurred of Sir Dan Godfrey, well-known mustelon and Musical Director of the Bournemouth Corporation.-Reuter Bulletin.

Dan Godfrey, who was born in London in June, 1800, care of n family associated with British music for generations. His grandfather, bis father and two uncles were hand- masters of Guards regiments.
