Members of the French Concession Volunteer Corps in Shanghat were presented with Emergency Medals and Certificates as well as with various cups won in shooting competitions, in a ceremony held at the French Police Club recently. The presentallona were made by the Senior Naval Commander and Lieu- tenant-Colonel L. Grenier, Commanding the French Forces. In the presence of M. Maurice Bauder, French Consul-General, and M. Ch. Grosbols, Commanding Volunteers. All high ranking French naval and mill- tary officers attended the presentation, The officers are shown in the above picture, with some of tho volunteers in the background.
