Precis of the claims made by the Chinese and Portuguese Authorities for the rendition of one Leung-Sze charged with Robbery at Macao.
1.
On the 15th of December last, a letter was received from the Portuguese Consul at this port, in which he asked that, pending reference to the Governor of Macao, a Chinese on board a steamer leaving for Saigon, who was charged with Robbery at Macao, might be arrested.

The Acting Attorney General, to whom the letter was referred, pointed out that the Macao Extradition Ordinance was not in force,
