CAPT. HOLMES, of the s.s. Lyemoon, was summoned before Mr. E. Himsworth at the Kowloon Magistracy this morning. He was charged with: being master of a ship required to be searched under the Piracy Regulations, he commenced on a voyage at a time not previously notified and not approved by the Hon. Commis- sioner of Police.
